A few simple rules keep the apartments lovely for every guest. Booking with us confirms you accept them.
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late check-out is sometimes possible — just ask on WhatsApp.
Spanish law requires every guest to be registered with the authorities. Please have passports or ID cards ready at check-in; only registered guests may stay overnight.
These are residential communities — please respect quiet hours (23:00–08:00). No parties or events, and the maximum occupancy stated on your booking must not be exceeded.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartments. If this rule is broken, a deep-cleaning charge will be applied.
Pets are not allowed in any of the apartments. If a pet is brought without permission, the booking may be cancelled without refund and a deep-cleaning charge will apply.
Please treat the apartment as your own and tell us straight away if something breaks — accidents happen. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing anything damaged, broken or missing during their stay, and we may request a refundable security deposit at booking to cover this.
The apartment must be vacated and keys returned by the agreed check-out time. Unauthorised overstays are charged at double the nightly rate for each additional day or part-day, and we reserve the right to recover possession of the property in accordance with Spanish law.
